Where do you ship from?
- We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
- How long will it take for my items to arrive?
- It will usually take 12-30 business days for all orders to arrive US & 12-40 days for Canada & Europe. Shipping times vary from product-to-product, based on demand and shipping location.
- How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
- It will take usually between 03-12 business days for tracking number generation.
Q. Where can I place an order from?
- You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.
- Can i change the Order after confirmation and payment.
- No, once Order is confirmed change in Color or variant is not possible.
- Is shipping really FREE?
- Yes, shipping is FREE Worldwide on most items. On some items, we have FREE Shipping for All items in our store
- If I am not available at package delivery time.
A.In case you were not available at the time of package delivery, you will be shared a nearby access point location details from where you need to collect consignment yourself.
- Where is your company located?
- We have an office in the beautiful country USA. Supply warehouses in USA & China, High-Quality vendor contacts in China.
- Which currency will I be charged in?
- We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
- Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Q. How can I pay?
- We currently accept only Paypal & Stripe, since it is the most secure platform. On-Site Credit Card Payment, Apple Pay & Google Pay coming soon.
Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
- You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.
Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
- We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
- For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than one piece. Electronics and few equipment can be under restricted category with few customs.
- Issue with Local courier services FEW location only.
A.Courier services in some countries, other than US/UK/Canada & Australia may sometime ask for local delivery charges, we don't have any control over this since its locally regulated & location specific in rare scenarios only.
- Force Majeure?
- This refers to a clause that is included in all Orders contracts to remove liability for natural and unavoidable catastrophes that interrupt the shipping timeline and expected course of events and restrict participants/seller's from fulfilling orders, like Earthquake/ Sandstorm and 'War' or any event of Natural or Political discourse, Strike by Postal companies or Shipment delay leading to Air/Sea or Road transportation, any event as an outcome of these situations would be Out Of Dispute or any Warranty.
